On this occasion, Nathalie Meyer-Fabre and Louis Degos will debate the issue : “Are the Dice Cast at the Time the Arbitral Tribunal is Constituted? (Can the outcome of the dispute be foretold by the confirguration of the arbitral tribunal)?”.
