The association “Paris, the Home of International Arbitration”, appoints new board members

The association “Paris, the Home of International Arbitration” has appointed new members on 30 June 2014.

Elie Kleiman, Peter Rosher and Charles Nairac have respectively been appointed President, Secretary General and Treasurer of the association.

Moreover, the association has welcomed new members: Marie Danis, Caroline Duclercq, Isabelle Michou and Thomas Voisin.

Created in 2009, the association “Paris, the Home of Arbitration” counts members from 20 different nationalities and has for objective to promote Paris as the world’s leading site for international arbitration.

In 2013, it published arbitration rules referred to as the “Paris Rules”, which are an alternative to the use of the UNCITRAL Rules in ad hoc arbitration.
