Caroline Duclercq will intervene on 7 November 2016 on the topic “Dispute resolution in the Construction sector” in the “4th Maghreb Arbitration Days: Algeria as major international arbitration actor” organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Compagnie Algérienne d’Assurance et de Garantie des Exportations (“CAGEX”), in partnership with the Chambre Algérienne de Commerce et d’Industrie and ICC Algeria.
With foreign investments in Algeria on the increase, international arbitration is becoming the preferred mechanism to resolve disputes in such context. The conference will focus on how to lead the development of arbitration in Algeria by implementing best practices in relation to ethics, transparency, and efficiency driven by legal security.
It is open to attorneys, experts, in-house counsel, management, professors, scholars, or any other person in contact with international arbitration.
