  • Christophe Lapp will speak, on 26 April 2017, at the Global Pound Conference, the general theme of which is “Settlement of disputes at the horizon 2050”. The Global Pound Conference is structured around four interactive sessions where Core Questions will be voted and discussed, and aimed at better understanding the demand for and supply of Dispute Resolution services.
  • Caroline Duclercq will intervene, on 27 April 2017, in the conference dedicated to “The Pledge – Equality in Arbitration”: on the occasion of the signature of the Pledge for Equal Representation in Arbitration by Mrs. Dominique Attias, Deputy Chair of the Paris Bar Association, 7 speakers will present the Pledge and assess the current state of equality and diversity in the arbitration world today.
  • As we had announced, Caroline Duclercq will host on 28 April 2017, along with Valence Borgia and Maria Beatriz Burghetto, a new “Wake up (with) Arbitration!” roundtable on the topic “Arbitration and LegalTech: “Once Upon a Time… the Revolution”?”. On this occasion, Rosa Taban and Louis Degos will debate the issue, answering either by the affirmative or the negative. Their presentations of 10 minutes each will be followed by a free and interactive debate during which all participants will be invited to give their opinion and ask questions.
