“Wake Up (With) Arbitration!” – 9 October 2018: “Paris, “friendly place of arbitration” : parole, parole, parole ?”

Caroline Duclercq will host on 9 October 2018, along with Valence Borgia and Maria Beatriz Burghetto, a new “Wake up (with) Arbitration!” roundtable on the topic “Paris, “friendly place of arbitration” : parole, parole, parole ?”, with Janice Feigher, lawyer,  and Maximin de Fontmichel, Vice-Dean of the Law and Political Science Faculty of Versailles, University Paris Saclay, and Co-Director of the Masters in Arbitration and International Business (MACI).

On this occasion, two speakers will debate the issue, answering either by the affirmative or the negative. Their presentations of 10 minutes each will be followed by a free and interactive debate during which all participants will be invited to give their opinion and ask questions.
